Tried to cancel order

Tried to cancel order and sent email to customer service to cancel but the package always comes with no invoice or account info so not sure how to cancel gave the info I had and sent a request to cancel and just checked my cc statement and guess what a new charge. I guess I will have to block them from my card. I don't know how else to stop these orders. If they would at least provide an invoice and on the information I did find you cannot cancel by simply sending back product you have to contact them directly. Arghhh frustrating don't want this stuff anymore

Scam

I received my free trial of Slimberry on August 8th, well so much for the free trial, I was charged on Friday. How the *** am I supposed to know if it works for me. I figured out it was a scam when I ordered the pills 3 weeks ago and didn't receive it. I emailed customer service immediately to cancel the order, but the next day I was charged. I have to write a hundred words and I'm only at 81, so now I'm going to babble. Give me my *** money back you bunch of scam artists. How the *** do I find your contact information.

Slimberry Max is a scam. You will need to deal with them through your bank or credit card service. Report them to the better business bureau, or any government agency that deals with scammers.

Unprofessional service

I have already been charged 3x (a total of 250$) and I still HAVE NOT EVEN received my trial order! This is beyond ridiculous and a true scam. I am filing a complaint with my bank to retrieve the money they have stolen from me. When I called to have my account canceled, the lady screamed at me on the phone saying I had signed very clear orders that it was a monthly subscription (never ever was this written on my facebook order page) and then tried to convince me to stay a customer with 50% rebate per month, which is a steal according to her. They are the steal!

Breaking trading standards

I phoned to cancel the next instalment after I received free trial and was told I could not cancel. I told them that I could as per trading standards and I wanted to speak to a manager. They said they would cancel. Received no confirmation so phoned again after few days and person on phone said account was cancelled. I have just received email to confirm they have shipped and charged me for another. Tried calling, they hung up on me! Can not get through to anyone to receive my complaint. How am I going to stop them charging money from my bank account?

This was identical to my situation. They are scammers.

It states that you have 18 days to cancel that they allow 4 days shipping and then two weeks trial... they state to email the company..

I can't find an email..

I find slim berry and it directs me to some raspberry thing... happen to have this email?

You don't necessarily have the right to cancel, it depends on what contract you agreed with the company. Under Distance Selling Regulations you may have the right to cancel within 7 days but this only applies if you bought online or over the phone. However if the company have agreed a cancellation with you and confirmed it in writing, I would say this is a guarantee that the contract is completed.

If they continue to invoice you ignore it or inform them you have not placed any order with them. If they are taking money via direct debit cancel it immediately (always cancel these yourself never rely on a company to do so as most are sneaky and will try and take extra payments which are hard to get back), inform them and ask for repayment, if they refuse contact your bank and report an unauthorized payment.

Good news is anything you receive from them is unsolicited and you have a legal right to keep it at no charge.

Slimberry ripoff

I was ordering a diet product and a pop-up add for a free trial of Slimberry came up just $4.99 shipping . Nothing else about a shipment in 14 days or anything it came in a box without an invoice or any other info. In 14 days a charge for $69.97 came out of my account. I called the # on my bank statement. A man answered. I told him I didn't know it was autoship. I asked if it had already been sent. He told me it had. I told him I didn't want it and I would send it back as soon as I received it. He said as soon as they received it I would be reimbursed. That was 1/18/13. It is 2/13/13 and I still haven't received the shipment that I was charged for. I have contacted them repeatedly and get an answering machine. I have emailed them with no response.

Terms and Conditions Were Missing Upon Free Trial Offer

I saw an ad advertising a free trial for SlimBerry. I searched for the terms and conditions, fine print, asterisks, etc before I gave up my payment information. I figured if there were terms and conditions to this purchase it would be included upon delivery. I received a packing slip with $4.95 for shipping and handling and nothing else; not even if I wanted to purchase more of the product. No terms, no conditions. After balancing my checkbook I discovered they have charged my account $69.97 (exactly 15 days after the $4.95 came out of my account). Which led me to research the company a little. Honestly, it's my own fault I didn't do this research before the purchase. Lesson learned. I called them; she advised that before I hit submit I needed to agree to terms and conditions of a 15day free trial and if I liked and wanted to keep the product I would be charged the full price of the item. I advised her that I didn't think there were such a thing during my transaction but she insisted there was. I told them my situation and she offered me 2 options of getting a refund: 1. Send the product back and get the full refund minus shipping and handling (long process) 2. Keep the product and get $40.00 refunded back (short process) After reading the other complaints regarding this company/product I opted for option 2. She told me that the money would be back in my account in 1-3 business days and she started the process today. She also closed my account and said I wouldn't get anymore product or charges to my account. *I am optimistic but feel very uneasy about this as she was eager to get me off the phone before giving me a confirmation number or her name. I asked if she could send me a confirmation email so I could have something in writing but her name and confirmation number was all that she could give. I will post more if this gets more interesting. Next time I will conduct my research before purchasing because if a company is worth while and really believes in their own product, they wouldn't allow themselves to get a rating of F through the BBB and so many complaints. Because of this, I believe this company is a scam and more than likely the product doesn't work.

WTF

I got a free sample of slimberry and I just had to pay S&SH. Yesterday my acount was charged $76.92 and for what? They haven't even sent me anymore of the product and furthermore I can't get a live respresentative on the phone to get my money back. I won't out and I'm reportin to the Better Business Bureau! This is ridiculus! I don't understand how a company is authorized to charge your account with agreement and their was nothing in the package discussing the terms of what should happen after receiving this product. I'm very angry; DON'T BUY EVEN IF IT'S FREE!

This is a scam

I purchased a sample bottle of Slimberry for 4.94. This was all I bought. I received that bottle. My checking account was again debted 69.97 that I did not authorized. I have not received nothing in the mail for that purchase of 69.97. I have called every number listed for Slimberry and can get no one to answer. This is terrible. My bank has notified the fraud department and has also cancelled my credit card.I have also turned this over to my attorney. This is awful for a company to do the public this way. Slimberry

I am on disability and cannot afford $69.97 nor did I agree for you to charge me. Every attempt at getting to talk to someone fails. Slimberry is a rip off! I have contacted my bank as well as an attorney. When the ad came up to try for $4.95, no where did I read I must continue. I just received samplke 3 days ago and my account has already been charged $69.97. These kinds of rip offs have to stop! Is there anyone anywhere available to talk to about this kind of thievery? Hi I just ordered the free trial. The way the ad was presented I had know idea that i would have to pay for more products once a month.

It said that I had 14 days to cancel after ordering the free trial. Everytime I call they are too busy and when an operater did call me she did not help me at all. I have know idea how im supposed to cancel this product before its too late.

How did you eventually end up canceling it? :(

69.97 taken from my account even after canceled further shipments

Just like the others i have read i paid the 4.95 for sample then i had got a email saying they was trying take money from my account so i went on the site and canceled it and now few days later they still took 69.97 from my account. Very upset with this company its total fraud is there any way we can stop them from doing this to others? It aint right that they can steal from us. I am now gonna have to cancel my card to avoid them taking from me again and will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I would advise others to do the same so this company can be looked into.

Unable to Cancel order

Trial of SlimBerry, reluctant, but read up on and sounded OK. Ordered for 4.95. 2 weeks later got hit with a 69.95 charge to my account. Now unable to cancel and have called 3 times with no return call asking for a cancellation or what to do to cancel order or get reimbursement of money. Very pissed off and concerned about how much more this is going to cost me until I get resolution and my money refunded. Want to speak to a person and only getting voice mail and leave a message. Live in Ga. and company in MO., so 4 hr time span also
